I'm a bit late to this thread but my dad had a similar 1991, Fairline Phantom 41 many years ago and we were very fond of that boat. No significant issues over c.10 years of ownership.

I know of a guy in Denmark who recently performed extensive refit on his Fairline Phantom 37. I don't think he participates on this forum but I'm happy to send you his Facebook ID if you would like.
