As jezzbanks said stick with "Nimbus" mutch easier to say, especially several scoops!
That,s of course if you have out in the wallet after coughing up for Her!
Been looking on the Nimbus sight and this Months Motor Boat and Yachting. Comment from their quick flick boat test.
"However, we are reserving final judgement on the ride as Nimbus decided recently that the hull (based on the old Storebo 410) could be improved upon,,so they have designed and built a modified version, which we will be testing shortly".
Anyway whay a really nice MOBO. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
Congrats /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Salesman is correct, Storebro Royal Cruisers has always been one of the "top" brands in Scandinavia. Even more expensive than Nimbus so not many brought into the UK, I believe.
Whatever brand you choose, it's a cracking looking boat. Might even sway me from choosing a Botnia - no, no, what am I saying /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif.

She looks good!

I would call her a Storebro. IMO a Classier name with a bit more "heritage".

When (if??!!) you come to sell you can always say "it is built by Nimbus / Storebro" - if you think the Nimbus name will help a sale (it's not as if she doesn't look like a Nimbus!), although it sounds like in Scandinavia it would be reverse.

"Funny you should say that. At the moment it's badged Storebro. I said I'd prefer Nimbus. He said it was only held on with industrial velco!"

If that is the case ask for a pair of each badge.

Stick Storebro on port and Nimbus on starboard. Now and again swop them over and sometimes call her a all Nimbus and sometimes a Storebro.

Might cause some confusion and amusement.
