Both my raw water pumps have started dripping a little from the rear weep holes at higher revs, does anybody know where I can obtain overhaul kits rather than whole pumps? I did a smaller one many years ago and it was just the seals needed replacing.
Thanks

Any dealer , you can buy either a shaft kit or wear kit but not separate items , bearings you can get from a bearing supplier . You will only need the seals unless the shaft is scored

Look on youtube for neat brief primer on doing this job, using very simple basic tools you will almost certainly have lying around. No need to buy fancy pullers etc. Worse bit is getting the bits that connect to it off without damage or sheering rusty bolts/clamps etc. Swedish chap in Youtube video has engine in workshop, probably takes less than 30 mins to strip and rebuild unit if no serious wear on shaft, he does entire bearing and shaft seal change in about 10 mins. You can also get kit to fix the shaft wear on internal pump inside engine, more work and bit more expensive tho. have a look here, there is specific video on sorting the pump somewhere. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kFB3PHiwp0A&vl=en

Get the kit with the shafts when you already have the pumps out. A bit more costly, but then you'll know it's good for another 10-15 years.

Easy repair, I've done it 3-4 times. Do exact measurements from both shaft ends to bearing, and be sure to locate new to same position, otherwise you may get problems (conflict) with the high pressure fuelpump.
Have a rubber hammer ready, don't use metal to metal.

Thanks to all the replies....I should have thought of asap. I just recently bought lots of bits for a 1960's B18 AQ120 I am rebuilding.
I may inspect the shafts, if they are not worn why replace? Its funds to go towards the injector overhauls on the planned maintenance!

No real need to replace at all and and it is not unknown for folks on a budget to relocate the new seals slightly differently in the pump body for them to run on unworn metal on the shaft. Especially if you want the thing back together "NOW" and any new shaft is a least week away by the time you order it on Monday and finally arrives by post etc etc

Well it will be a winter months job to bring both pumps home for a week whilst the boat sees little use. I can order kits without shafts and exchange them if required. hopefully they are fine, the drips only manifested recently and it is still only at quite high revs, with luck therefore they have not been running on salt water and grit lubricant for long! As it happens I have a pair of used pumps off our previous TMD40 units which I suspect are the same..although I have never noticed if they have the same pipe insert connections or tails for flexi hoses.
