Peaceful a Pangbourne

Just had a leisurely lunch moored at Pangbourne having travelled up from Bray since yesterday morning.
Can't believe how quiet the river is - even loads of mooring space at Tescos!

Could be one of the quieter Bank Hols if they check the weather forecast and decide on B&Q instead, or involved in street parties and the like so won't be afloat over the weekend.

Likewise deserted at Cliveden and in the four or so hours we've been here already I'd say we've seen a scant half dozen or so boats pass. On our way up both Bray and Boulters lockies commented that it was uncommon quiet for a Friday afternoon.

You moored about three boats behind Straight Across but were gone again so quickly I didn`t get a chance to say hello.
