Hello good people, we need to take a PCR test before sailing to Malta.
Do any of you have any experience in where it would be the easiest place to take a PCR test before sailing over?
We are currently eastbound 40 Nm from Licata.

Licata has no PCR facilities, the nearest one is Agrigento. It's a drive-through test, so you kinda need to go there by car. The cheapest option I know of from Licata was a guy who'd drive you there, wait in the queue with you and drop you back off in Licata for €60 (not including the test fees, which are around €70 per person).

Thanks @Yngmar
I found the attached form that shows test centers in Sicily, it may be useful for others.
From that it seems that marina Ragusa will be the best base for our transition due to the “short” distance to test center.
Rent a car or maybe we can find a covid free friendly soul that can drive us….cheap?
