PBO Subscription service- Magazunes Direct- useless or don't care?

Took out a PBO subscription with Magazines Direct in November last year.
November, December and January editions arrived OK, no problems.
When the February edition was released, no sign of it on my doormat.
Email to customer services and the promise of a replacement.
End of January and the March edition turns up, no sign of February.
Second email to CS and the usual apology and we will get replacement sent within 7-10 days.
No sign of the magazine 11 days later, so yet another email and this time a phone call, I thought best to speak to a human being, again, new magazine sent they tell me.
Today, magazine through door. Hooray, just in time to take on holiday, I can then catch up with reading the February edition and then the March one I have waited to read.
Guess what? Its the April edition that's turned up!!
How difficult is it to send a magazine to a customer? Not even the excuse of wrong address as the other editions have arrived on time, without issue.

So PLEASE Magazines Direct, send me a February edition so I can catch up on my reading!!

I did not receive one of my PBOs a few months ago. Sent an email, got a quick reply and had another one posted to me within 7 days. Shame your problem did not get resolved as smoothly.

Rang Magazines Direct, spoke to a nice young lady who checked my query and confirmed that the magazine had been sent out 3 times previously ( the original and 2 replacements) none of which have been received.
Asking if I can have a replacement, she tells me there are no longer any issues available!! All they can offer me is an extended subscription for the month I lost.
So where do I go now to get a printed copy of the February edition? Can't find any mention on the PBO website for back issues?

Maybe you could ask for a free pdf digital edition?
