If your yacht is insured for 'pleasure' sailing and you are out in conditions that are not 'pleasurable', does this mean the yacht is uninsured?

In this case, being on the west coast, it would mean 75% of my sailing miles are uninsured

If you're a masochist you might not be insured for good weather. Oo-er. This getting complicated.
