That stuff has harmful chemicals to rivers. Try looking at wet&forget. No chemicals. Used it for 10yrs on fibreglass, canvass,sails,wood,stainless,ropes etc etc. Spray in on and leave. Brilliant stuff.

But Wet & Forget contains the same active ingredient as Patio Magic. Benzalkonium chloride.

Aldi do a version called Doff which is once again the same stuff and was even cheaper than PM when I bought some, it's all toxic so be careful whichever version you bought, we use 4:1 dilution and spray on and let dry then go to the pub.

Salt, common household salt, low cost works very well. Damp the green area, sprinkle salt onto the green area, then scrub in with a nail brush, then wash off with fresh water.

Doff is stuff I have used. The boat is on the hard 100yds from the water, I probably won’t be responsible for a mass extinction event, but it might keep the nettles at bay a bit.
