Are there any lawyers available for advise.

I posted a respectable request for assistance on this honourable forum and and invite for people to join me in developing a revolutionary new fuel device, and it is obvious from some of the responses that my patent is being deliberately flouted.

Should I initiate some form of legal action?

(My advisers reckon that fray bentos will not be suitable as compensation)

I thought he was trying to do a head count Chemists and Lawyers, and while I'm on the bad news is that a Patent is not protected until its granted, you said in your first post it was applied for, so do you have a patent or not.
You must get your facts right or we might think your product is a rip off, as nobody would dare accuse you of taking the p...

I'm not a lawyer or anyfink posh like that - but I have few Anoraks which will afford you protection for your patent thing.
In fact I am thinking of selling Anoraks and will approach the likes of Musto etc for a bit of a deal. Is there a breathable fur replacement for the hood?

You can all sod off and leave me to the Anorak patent for marine use (as opposed to the Lambretta variant species)
