Patching dinghy

I have applied a patch to the inside of a hole in my PVC tender. I used polymarine pvc inflatable boat adhesive.

It says 48hours cure time and 7days to full cure on the box. So how long before I can inflate the tube to patch the outside?

When I did a similar repair to my hypalon dinghy (replacement valve) I did the outside patch 24 hours later. You don't need to inflate the dinghy to full pressure, just hard enough to press against. If your glue says 48 hours, though, I'd wait until the second day.

Yes. That makes sense. I've partually inflated it to give it a bit of shape.
