Having sold my boat and downsized to a smaller one with a trailer, I plan to continue my circuit of Brittany this season by taking it across on the Ferry.
Any experience of somewhere to safely park car and trailer in Brittany, either for free or paying?

Back in 2009 and 2011 I trailed a motorboat to St Quay Portreux.
I paid for trailer storage at IIRC SudOest marine. Their compound and base is (was) up the hill near the main autoroute. The screenshot is the general area from memory.IMG_5144.jpeg
I based myself at St Quay Marina for the start, middle and finish of my holiday, and paid to park my car there for the duration even when I cruised up and down the coast to Pontrieux and Dinard.

Have a look at roger barnes based youtube videos. If you contact him he will give you a mine of info. I thin la trinité marina allows for launching with lots of car parking

We trailered a 24 foot Trapper 240LK and launched on the River Villaine at Foleux.
There was no charge for using slip way or for car and trailer storage.
You can cruise the barraged River in bad weather or explore the islands Hoat and Hoedic within half a day out at sea..
We spent another week exploring all of the Morbihan.
We found marinas welcomed you and only charged if you stay overnight. Day time stops for replenishing water, food and recharging batteries were free.

To clarify my request.
I have visited Brittany most seasons since 1975, so know most if not all the ports and bays, along with cruising nearly all the canals.
I am keen to continue, with my new boat utilising Ferries to avoid the long passage across; hence use the trailer, but I would wish to leave car and trailer for a month or more. Hopefully safely. An idea of cost and security would be most grateful.

My trailer got robbed in a secure yard in France , a tip is take off wheel or wheels on one side and put in boot.
