Paint

The white plastic under the seat cushions on my boat is scratched and the paint is beginning to fade, what I want to do is re-paint it.
I am not sure what paint to use, the finish on the plastic is like what you get in a plastic bath.
I'm sure there's a simple answer but me not being a practical man seek help from an expert.

It really wants to be done with 2 pack epoxy paint after a good wet 'n' drying. If you are not a practical man you'll find it much easier to just not lift the cushions.
