I am going to give the storage lockers a coat of paint inside. Most of the underseat ones are the inside of the hull. Is there any special paint I should be using?
I thought some sort of anti-condensation paint would do the trick.
Any pitfalls or recommendations?

I used Dulux kitchen emulsion. It is washable and you can just slap another coat on without having to rub down the previous coat

I have one locker which had some mould (the top of the locker was the underside of the deck). After cleaning, I used anti-condensation paint. No recurrence of mould after many years.

No downside. In fact I painted some cabinside fibreglass elsewhere with it a few years ago, at the back of some shelves. It seems perfectly adequate just as a paint.

Blakes (Hempel)

their version is called multicoat and we've just done the chain locker with it. Marvellous stuff; easily applied, bright white finish. Seems like a tough surface.

The problem with painting lockers is lack of access. Trying to properly prepare the surface by sanding-down can be almost impossible. Most of the time the best you can achieve is a wash-down with sugar-soap and scraping off any loose bits of old paint within reach. No point in spending a lot of money on fancy paint after that. Might as well use emulsion. Modern ones are very tough and opaque, and washable.
