That looks familiar. We used to moor our boat many moons ago just upstream of that bridge. The agents have been very cunning and taken the photos right at the top of the tide; a lot of the time there's a hundred yards of stinking mud on the foreshore. I'm not sure whether its still there but there used to be a very large scrap yard about half a mile downstream on the opposite bank. When the wind was in the wrong directions, sometimes our boat used to be covered in shards of steel! Still it seems like a development opportunity; what's it worth tarted up?
