Outdrive stuck in Beach Mode

HI All

Can anyone please tell me how to get my outdrive out of Beach mode. I have checked the fluid level & the motor activates, but the leg stays in Beach mode.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Have you confirmed the leg isn’t actually moving?

I can't see the leg as it's under the swim platform, but the handling of the boat seems to confirm it's up, especially when reversing.

You must check visually before doing anything else. Might just be a log jamming it.

Go for a swim and have a look ...

My outdrive leg when I first bought the boat would stall at half lift .. a pull with boat hook to help it got it raised rest of way .. After a few up's down's - it all sorted itself. We put it down to maybe leg had not been raised / lowered for some time.

my leg motor wasn't activating and was the 50amp fuse that had blown, if yours is starting and you have checked the fluid levels I'd start by checking that nothing is obstructing the leg, then the relays, then the switch
