Having owned more than one SS in the E. Med, I can tell you now that it will not be 100% UV proof as you put it. Not sure anything is? Being white will help massively but you still have to take care of it, then it will last many more years and still look good.

Interesting to see how deep that ceiling void is, over the forward end of the saloon. Sunseeker have the luxury of drawingt he boat as they wish then fitting it out t sui, whereas Fairline must be very careful about saving height where they can

Well spotted. Yes the rails are very high in the pics. Thankfully, these are only like this during the build process, health and safety etc. Once the boat hits the water, the extensions are removed/replaced with the correct height rails using the same slots. The boat is not coded.

Its a fair criticism capsco, dont much like it either. The triangle panel you refer to is a metal backplate placed over the molding, its a standard fitment to the dash, it is used to mount the engine manufacturers start/stop/controls. I didnt pay much attention to it when I spec'd the boat, too late when I saw it with my other bits around it. I can always remove the backplate and re-fit the knobs and buttons directly to the gelcoat finish which is underneath.

That has to be the best looking boat I've seen come out of Sunseeker's yard for a long time. I'm not supposed to like boats like that (more of a J class person) but yours and jfm's really do look the business and have obviously benefited a lot from your input. It would be interesting to see what you would do if you were to put that experience to customising a smaller boat.

Visited Poole yesterday and took a few more snaps showing the progress; hardtop, interior, props etc The boat should hit the water either today or tomorrow.

There have been a few posts on JFM's Sq78 thread about watertight compartments for stab assy's. These are the finished compartments prior to sealing down.

i"d second that. I'm not a fan of their typical "sleek-regardless-of-functionality" style, but this is indeed a beautiful boat. Love the HT btw, very appropriate for a Med boat.
Just a question to MYAG, why MAN? The only reason I can think of - lower cost - isn't normally a big issue in the grand scheme of such purchases...
