Something very strange here arthur - and I dont mean matts! (God, i wish i could shut him up on the P42 thread.....)
The files on your webpage are definitely gif's. Right click on one of the pics and select properties and you'll see that it is a gif.
As for what do you do now can you tell us what image software you have/are using for saving the pictures?
