Can you take serious measure of humidity on a hull just after being hauled out even after removing the antifouling. If not how many days at least must you wait.
Occasionally a hull will have low readings immediately on physically drying of all surface moisture a short time after lifting, in which case the readings would only get better the longer ashore, but to be fair to most hulls, an early high reading should not be used to make assumptions of chemical activity within the laminate (osmosis chemicals) and the biggest change of readings will generally take place within the first 24 hours ashore, after that time the readings will drop proportionally less & less each day with generally little change from day to day after a fortnight or so. Readings taken after 24 hours will be more accurate and allow a better assessment of the residual readings after the water has dried from the laminate leaving just the osmosis related chemicals that will not dry however long it is left.

Reading of above and below the water line Must be taken, a well drained section of the coach roof is a good starting point.
Subsequent reading should be taken from the same spots after you have confirmed the below water area has not been epoxy coated. If it has a small area should be removes prior to reading or very very sharp pins on the meter leads.
Comparing the above and below water water line reading will help in the interpretation of drying rates and targets.
