well if you really really really want one, I have reason to believe there may be a second one, similar age and size and in a similar state of neglect lying less than a hundred yards from this one

Pansy is going to to take a wee while yet I suspect, distance from me to her being a big factor, just another side to replank, bottom to fettle & caulk, wheelhouse to demolish, fit out interior, re-rig... be done by christmas (just not saying which christmas)
