Online harbour guide for Brittany, Spain or Portugal?

The UK we have Visit My Harbour and Norway has HarbourGuide... does France, Spain or Portugal have a similar thing?

I'm pretty sure there's nothing like VMH for Atlantic Spain and Portugal. We've used the pilot book of that name for the area and also the above mentioned jimbsail site as well as another one and often just googling place names to find various blogs by other sailors which gave us an idea about what we'd like to see and which we could skip.
