Not sure I'd call it "mexican" style. The place is in fact a sort of US subsidiary outside US borders....
Otoh, when I've been there, I spotted a humpback whale jumping completely out of the water, very near the "El Arco" cape, where the video was made. And at just 200' or so from our boat. Now, THAT was a stunning view, well worth the whole trip!

In the 80s/90s when the Whitbread round the world race started it looked and felt just like that with all the boats chasing the yachts.
