There was some coverage on BBC earlier today.

This Olympics is a different set up to previous, the IOC only made pan-European rights available, so the national broadcasters couldn't bid. At national level, they're leasing from Discovery who owns the European rights but there are strict rules over what can be shown when.

Eurosport is available for a fiver a month (so I understand) but I'm not buying (budget used up for Lions on NowTV)
I will check what is available on UTube

Discovery + has good coverage on their app. I think they are doing 3 days free trial and you can buy a month for a few quid.
