OK, Lewmar Epsilon

If you anchor a lot then the price of an anchor is simply not relevant, its a few pence per night of relaxation. Anchors last for ever, unless you lose one :( . Josepheline, 38' 7t cat, came equipped with a 15kg Manson Plough, after dragging too many times we changed to a 15kg steel SARCA Excel and about 5 years later to the aluminium SARCA Excel of 8kg. The Aluminium Excel was trouble free for almost 20 years. We changed the rode from 30m x 8mm to High Tensile 75m x 6mm about 12 years ago and improved the bridle snubber arrangement.

In the first few years we did sometimes use marinas but for 15 years never used one at all - always at anchor.

When we sold Josepheline she was equipped with the 75m of 6mm chain, the aluminium Excel as primary and a 8kg Aluminium Spade + FX-12 Fortress plus a spare rode of 40m of 12mm 3 ply nylon attached to 15m of 6mm HT chain. We would have replaced the Spade with a 9kg HT Viking but the Viking did not fit on our bow roller. If anything our anchor wardrobe was skinny - but we never dragged - suggesting recommendations err too far on the side of over size (which we would say is unnecessary). The bridle was 30m, each side of the bridle, of nylon kermantle climbing rope.

From the few reports the Epsilon seems more than adequate, without the roll bar, but we would not have bought one as for Josepheline we would have needed a 15kg version and would not satisfy our desire for a lightweight yacht - where every little weight saving adds up to a lot.
