Are solar panels the new double glazing? there seem to be so many different panels and so many resellers - I am (excuse the pun) all at sea. Does anyone have anything positive or negative to say about Flexcell portable roll-up panels. Force 4 do a 27w version for about £300 but it can be had for less. The big advantage for me is being able to hang off the boom or attach to the grab rails if I decide to store the dinghy on deck (thereby freeing up the bathtub for its intended use, liferaft storage). Are there any downsides - theft? (but most thieves know how to use a screwdriver anyway)
