The tall piles suggest a massive tidal range and lots of mud so somewhere in the Bristol Channel? Doesn't look like the river leading up to Bristol itself, I don't think, though.

Only been in the West Country for the last eleven years, Was in Sussex before that with dinghy at Chichester YC, tried Burnham when we first moved to the west - too much mud, discovered that I could get too Exmouth in just over an hour, been there ever since, Had a vivacity 20 moored in the Exe for last three seasons - just sold ! will be looking for something about 25/26 foot in the spring - Price depends on pension in May !!
