Seem to have forgotten my user name
Resetting the password is easy enough but that didn't really help. Any idea how to retrieve one's login name? I'm so fed up with hundreds of websites all requiring login data, ugh!

User name is probably your initial and surname.

I can't remember if OFCOM confirmed details by e mail. It may be worth searching your E mails for "OFCOM" to see if anything comes up.

My user name was sent to me by snail mail , but that was in the early days of the on line system. I still have the letter.

Was going to say they're on my other laptop but actually there's a slim chance.
Tried initials, nickname, boat name, even my Twitter login. Case sensitive or not I'm fed up with it for now!

had the same problem. I reckon they have changed their system. My log in was all in upper case which I would not have done myself. Try that.

When I forgot my login, I called Ofcom and they asked for my postcode - then gave me the login information. Not the most secure arrangement and violates just about every rule of the Information Security course I took earlier today!

The user name I was sent was all in upper case but it is not case sensitive

I have now had trouble logging in myself ... I have had to reset my password ... twice ... but all is Ok now.

Finally got in! Turns out, I got their password wrong 1, l, I or |*?Great when you're not sure about the user name to begin with
For the record: inital and surname, written together was in fact correct.
