Remember, the MOB1 needs to be configured with the parent vessel MMSI in order for the VHF on the parent vessel to receive the DSC alert.
Did you perhaps get those extra two from another boat? They would still appear on your AIS screen as an MOB alert, but could be transmitting the DSC part to a different parent vessel.
