I doubt it. They'll want to get back every cent that it owes them. Is'nt it being advertised in this month's rags as price on application
I see on the Trader website that there is a 58 being advertised and it's called Rogue Trader of Hull. I wonder if the owner also had probs /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Rouge Trader of Hull if im not mistaken is in Puerto Pollensa I was stood behind it 2 weeks ago.
I wonder how TC will be at Southampton this year ? I also wonder what this episode has done to his company sales.
Its a shame that all the juicy bits between gludy and TC cant be aired then we would all learn a thing or too in how to handle a bad situation.
Shame I missed the TV bit.

I agree ??????
Paul, was it part of the deal that you are gagged forever over what went on?
or once all is cleared up you will be able to tell all?
Come on imagine all the contributors on here who advised etc on your woes, bet they were a great help to you and its a shame that there is the possibility they/we will never know what actually occured?
I am not gagged forever but I also have no wish to do anything to cause problems for Trader either.
I did take advice on here, even some that I initially ignored but later changed my mind and took i.e. the TV.
I can say, without be specific, that the media were very fair and the TV show came over well - I was not portrayed as as rich, indifferent person - that was a danger. I was open to the media and honest as so they were with me.
I think the principles to the solution could be of benefit generally and later I will share those principles without in anyway hurting Trader but rather as a way of explaining the principles of a good 'wind back' situation some aspects of which are novel.
What I want to do is move on and get boating again but I have to sell Drumbeat and other matters have to be dealt with before I can act on that.
In my view the help the forum provided was 90% of the help from all sources, that is why I wanted to say thank you.
The asking price for Drumbeat is £295k as of a month ago - it seems that some people cannot act very quickly. I knocked off £80k to ensure it sold quickly and I can end the whole saga.
Thanks for telling me.
There are always risks getting the media involved. The presenter seemed to be a level headed pleasant man and you came across as a sensible modest honest chap just seeking a resolution to a rather big problem. So a really good ending for you and the good guy won in the end.
