Obtaining an extract from the French registry

Does anyone know how to obtain an extract from the french registry?

I just need to show that the current owner has had the boat for 5 years to satisfy the MCA for Part 1. They will accept an extract from the registry.
I have asked the broker but I would like to understand how to get if the broker takes the stand that he has already proven this and wont do any more.

I've looked into changing a boat from French registry to UK Part 1 ...... when I read the list of what they needed translated into English and some of the questions they need answering ... I gave up!
