It's the top end, Richard. A tree in the nature reserve fell onto our up-river moorings damaging 2 boats.

A few more came down on Saturday as well, Road blocked yesterday and a very large tree tied up to the dock!

Down here they normally just heave the entire tree into the drink and leave it to float up and down on the tide for a season or two...........
The contents of a small forest in the river last time we went up to Maidstone,contrasting nicely with the usual content of old sofas,tyres,that orange motorway netting and dead horses.
