1. ENGLAND - East Coast - Foul. -
One new FOUL on the northern edge of the Sunk TSS East, close by the edge of the wind farm. At over 20m, unlikely to hinder leisure craft.
2. ENGLAND - East Coast - Depths. - Three changes of depth on the north side of the Mouse Channel (which leads onto the Barrow Deep).
3. ENGLAND - East Coast - Depths. - One solitary reduction of depth at the south entrance of the Stanford Channel between the South Holm and Newcome Sand buoys. At 4.8m, unlikely to hinder leisure craft.
4. ENGLAND - East Coast - Buoy. - This notice is confirming the Trinity House NtM No 34 in week 38 which reported that the SW Barrow cardinal buoy had been moved towards the southwest.
5. NETHERLANDS - Depths. - Two reductions of depth north of the Wielingen channel (heading east to the Westerschelde).

Local

1. River Thames - HALFWAY REACH - WHITE MOUNTAIN WHARF - DREDGING OPERATIONS -
On or about 7th November 2022, marine contractors will be undertaking plough dredging operations at White Mountain Wharf, which will take approximately one week. The EMILIA D will undertake plough dredging on the approach channel to White Mountain Wharf. All dredge activity will be undertaken on the inside of the line of Thunderer and No. 4 Jetties. Dredge operations will take place during daylight hours only. The chartlet indicates the approximate footprint of the marine works. (see the image in the Local List at: Notices to Mariners. The dredge vessel will display lights and signals as per the International Regulations for Prevention of Collision at Sea (27). Requirements to proceed with caution or at slow speed will be made in accordance with the procedure set out in the Port of London Authority’s Port Information Guide, under ‘London VTS’, ‘Section 4’ with the International Code Flags ‘Romeo Yankee (RY) displayed. Further details will be broadcast by London VTS on VHF Channel 14 as required.
2. River Thames - BUGSBY’S REACH - VICTORIA DOCK BARGE ROADS LOWER RELOCTION - On or about the 14th of November, Victoria Dock Barge Roads Lower will be relocated away from the zone of the Silvertown Tunnel to a position which retains access to Peruvian Wharf. The PLA vessel TITAN will install a new lower mooring in the position indicated on the chartlet See the link above. Once installed, Mariners are to cease using the existing mooring in order that the TITAN has unhindered access to remove it before the end of November 2022. TITAN and any attending PLA craft will maintain a watch on VHF Channel 14. Further details can be obtained by contacting London VTS.
3. Harwich Harbour - Dredging Operations – Barney - on or about the 9 November 2022 the agitation dredger Barney (IMO no. 9740938) will commence agitation dredging in the harbour, for a period of approximately 2 weeks. Detailed dredger movements can be obtained from Harwich VTS on VHF Channel 71. Barney is 30.02m LOA with a draft of 1.8m
4. Harwich Harbour - Survey Operations – Cerys Line - from around 3 November 2022 and for a period of approximately 4 weeks, the Survey vessel Cerys Line will be carrying out survey operations in the Sledway, Shipway and Roughs areas (as illustrated on the diagram below in blue). The survey vessel is owned and operated by A-2-Sea. The vessel will monitor VHF 71 and VHF14 as applicable for the area of operation at that time. The Cerys Line is 27.5m LOA with a draft of 2.1m
5. THV Galatea – Helicopter Operations - the THV Galatea will be carrying out helicopter training operations in the Cork Hole area on the 8th and 9th November 2022. Sounds fun!
