1. ENGLAND - East Coast - Spoil ground. - Spoil Ground reported just northeast of the No 7 SHB marking the Freeman Channel to and from Boston.
2. BELGIUM - Buoyage. - One yellow special buoy just east of Ostend is removed and now placed well west of Ostend.

1. Dredging Operations – Sospan Dau - on or about the 21 April 2022 the trailing suction hopper dredger Sospan Dau (IMO: 7711062 ) will commence maintenance dredging in the harbour, for a period of approximately 4 days.
Materials will be disposed to the beneficial sites in the River Stour and River Orwell. Detailed dredger movements can be obtained from Harwich VTS on VHF Channel 71. Lights and shapes as required by Collision Regulations will be exhibited and a listening watch on VHF Channel 71 will be maintained throughout. (Image on the above quoted page in the Local List)
2. MMO Licence MLA/2021/00317 - This notice to mariners has been issued as a conditional requirement of MMO licence MLA/2021/00317. As from April 19th 2022, works will be starting on the north end of the Naze cliffs to stabilise the sea
wall together with 25m of adjacent cliff frontage with rock filled gabion baskets. The works are being carried out by the Naze Protection Society in conjunction with Tendring District Council. The works will place rock filled gabion baskets around the sea wall and along the toe of the cliff. Rock, steel mesh baskets and associated construction material will be brought to the site from the landward side. Works will take place in daylight hours and there will be no artificial lighting outside

3. Experimental Lighted Buoy - With reference to Trinity House Notice to Mariners number 19 of 2022. On or about 20 April 2022 an experimental lighted buoy will be temporarily established for approximately 9 - 12 months, as follows:-
Position: Latitude 51° 53.500’N., Longitude 001° 25.000’E. Characteristics: Pillar: Yellow: Fl.(5) Y 20s: Y ‘X’ topmark. Mariners are advised that the lighted buoy has no navigational significance.
