I notice that nobody has disagreed with your opinion about how nice and friendly our European neighbours are.

I also notice that there is more fun in arguing about differences of opinion. Me : I am for the Common Market, against Federal Europe, against the Euro and all the beaurocrats who are sinking with it, but have a lot of sympathy for the average bloke who being sunk by them.

Agree with all you say except....

(You guessed it!) the Anti - Euro bit.

It is much easier to operate a "Common Market" with a common currency but we don't need the trappings that (we have been told) come with it.
