It's supposed to(for the kids) keep dragons away, but I refrained from saying that for fear of upsetting the Welsh(again);)

I didn't know why until touring Europe four years ago, my mate kept beeping his motorcycle horn, through every tunnel, when I asked why "Keeps the dragons away"........."Don't be daft you kid" was my reply.........."Have you ever seen any?"......."No"............."See, told yer it works":)

Ok, the weather is looking a little inclement this weekend. Nevertheless, if all else fails it will have to be a meeting at either PD or D1 pontoon at Conwy marina. I'm off to the boat this afternoon and will only have phone contact.....

Keep in touch I don’t want to be Larry loner on the pontoons in the river this weekend. :)

Any chance of a quick count of who's intending to be there this weekend and is it to be Conway or PD.
Can someone in the know lets us land lubbers intending to come by car where to go?.
Now that should bring in some interesting suggestions.:D
I am going to do my best to get there Sunday.
But I doubt I will have the 14ft clinker My mate Dave is working Sunday so chucking it off the the trailer and into the watter would take more time then it's worth for just one day.
 
Unfortunately I could not make it horsey things got in the way, But the kids had some success winning their classes and championships as well.

Weather was dreadful and it kinda got cancelled.....

We ended up at PD on saskia for Lamb hotpot mada by Mrs Little Ship and transported to PD fron Conwy :)

Woken up at 04.00hrs by a fish flapping on the deck :o cant catch them in the Straits and one decides to commit suicide in the Dock ???

Had a very entertaining morning but we wont discuss that :)

Hi Tom. Thats sad news I was hoping you all had a good time.
Well lets look forward to a next time soon.
I believe we have more championship horsey things the next two W/Es up yours and hlbs neck of the woods at Barton Equestrian centre Bilsborrow, Preston.
But I would hope to be able to make it overland if only for one day.
