You would have needed a bolt hole if you were still on passage on 2 November! Massive swell funnelling into the Forth. How did you get on?

By amazing luck we had almost calm conditions for 3 days starting last tuesday and made it all the way to dover in one hop before holing up for 3 days. finished it off with boulogne on monday and home on tuesday.
