Deadly serious Brendan.... unbelievable yes but serious with it.
As it happens the actions will be the other way around in a situation that has developed into a farce. I really do not think I should go into it all now, it was just a comment in passing but the unfolding story since the video was published is truly bizarre to the point of its laughable.

We will book one day shooting of a boat of your choice - please give me a ring to arrange it. As I will be behind the lens it will not be me helming - we would need to shoot others doing all the show around with SWMBO being shown.

This is not a promotiona video like the one that is being shot for Jez, it is a video about what we can shoot in a day edited down to produce say a 15 minute video that I will publish on the web and you can link to as you wish.

The cost toy you will at the most be a round of drinks. I will enjoy doing it and learning about the boat.

Just so it is clear this video mayw ell appear on other web sites but always with you as the contact.

I am scheduling a winter of video shoots such as this - its hard work but good fun.

I have sent a PM of my telephone number.
 
Just a though: I guess that IPC would pull the video-related thread, if asked from a lawyer claiming that the thread itself was against the interests of his client.
Did you save a copy, just in case?
Any judge in his right mind would easily appreciate that you were actually helping their business, just by reading the feedbacks to your original post...

Yep - we want to interview you as part of the video.
Think about it that we represent the punter and so we probe and try to find out - not just non-stop banter or praise. So whoever knows most on the subject should be in front of the lens being interviewed by my SWMBO.
 
All right, it's a dirty job, but someone's gotta do it.
Count me in for the round of drinks bit!

PS: since Paul warned me about the weight of the equipment, I could bring swmbo to take care of that...
