I have struggled to actualy find a van so that I can carry equipment to and from Danbrit .It's taken ages week's in fact, now having finaly brought one done the work re springs brakes and bushes I have finaly put it on the road I've found the gear change to be hard.
It's a mercedes 308, guess what I cant find the info re checking ajustment of the linckages any where . The merc parts place scoff at you and say it's all on a CD rom GGGGGRRRRRRRRR
World wide search comes up with crap crap and more crap. I'm not a happy bunny even got a headache cos it's stressing me out .
Does any of you have the info or know where I can actualy get it , I believe the gearbox is fine and the clutch side of things is ok but think the selector rod and or the selectors are worn or out of ajustment.
On a positive Off to a timber mill in morning to organise larch or scoth pine
