How can I get one served on the Southsea-Ryde hovercraft?

Why isn't it fitted with silencers?

It's noisier than an international jet-ski rally.

Would it fit in the New Southsea-Cowes tunnel perhaps? Would be quieter and possibly quicker too

I live on the Solent coast (nr the River Meon) with not much between me and the water and I get to enjoy the muted din of the Red Funnel fast cats. In some weather and sea states they're bloody noisy beasts. And if I can hear them then pretty much everyone else between Lymington and Pompey can as well.
