Yonks ago he was offered £10k to move out of the marina. He turned it down flat- surely not the move of a family in desperate straits as painted by him and hereabouts. I wonder if his kids are with the DSS- or with wider family- the later i think. I feel sure that vincent and his family - chosen people- will be smiled upon. Of course there'll be a load of yakking on and on and on and on and on -but he'll be okay.
