I've been on the 27' boat for 36 days now. Like my camper, I don't chill the fridge, just use it as a cupboard
As the South Coast weather has warmed, more and more fresh food has gone into the bilges until I rationalised and moved my (marked on the lids) tins into the top loading fridge.
This year I have a pressure cooker. Stews and a cooked chicken, bigger than I could get through. The chicken took 20 minutes. Just boiled, so attention needed to herbs/spices/garlic/balsamic etc.
Drink ale- bilge temp perfect!
