<font color=blue>I am dying here with the Lurgey, coughing, spluttering, can't get my breath, can't lay down. I may not see the night out. So! lets get things straight. Don't send me flowers as none of you did when I was alive. I leave all my Maritime Books to Syd also my Maritime Reference CDs., My paintings I was gonna leave to Pheran & Boatone but they are so old they'll be dying soon anyway so I leave them to James, the son of Longjohnsilver. Sell the boat and have a party with the money, Leave the house for the old gal to live in. I bequeath OI to Brian&Eve 'cos she likes their boat. I am fading fast here I am jus..........aaarrrgghh!

Mind you a wake would be an excellent excuse for a good piss up ... can you last until next week Byron as that would suit my calendar better?

The Garden Tractor and your suits, great I know a good tailor who can take them in and the missus can make curtains out of the left over material.

Please could you speed this process up as the lawn needs a mow, my gardener didnt come in last week!

Re: Organisation

Dear Byron,

Sorry to hear you're near the end, good innings though.

Now I know you will have made careful plans for an extremely well funded piss-up for all your admirers, so that they can salute you and remember you in the way you would wish. T o make things easier in your final agonies I may be able to assist by volunteering to be banker. If you would send me your cheque then I will be able to broadcast an appeal for extra funds in the unlikely situation that inflation in your advanced years means you have not put enough aside to say goodbye to you with appropriate style.

Yours sincerely,
