nice breeze

Re: nice breeze/dilemma

We'll get a good 9bft along the Dutch coast later on. Problem is, should I go to the marina to secure the boat with additional lines? The route might be a little tricky..... Perhaps talk to my boss and see if he cares.. might get some time off early...

Re: nice breeze/dilemma

ive took the day of theres a 45 prout cat in our harbour visiting so if we get the gusts forecast the bits of string and dodgy anchors might not hold and as he is crewless he may need some help later or he may end up in Holland !

Well, blow me down!

On Monday I reproduced here a picture of a wave breaking over the sea wall some years ago, and two days later I find there is a media satellite van parked right outside my front door with a camera crew trying to get another shot of the waves coming over.

Whistling for the wind? Spooky, or what!
