newage prm gearbox

hi, can anybody tell me what grade of oil to top up a newage prm gearbox, somebody told me to use engine oil ??????

I use to have PRM 500 Hydrolic gearbox, always used ordinary engine oil in it, no problems at all.

At one time it was hydraulic oil. So you may find some referances to this in old documentation.

This was changed to normal engine oil many years ago.
I have a PRM 101 gearbox and was told this by PRM Newage when I was doing some investigation several years back.
