Well as a Walton Marina resident although I am pleased a new bridge is going up I will not be looking forward to the disruption

I always wondered why no one had done up that nice old house next to the bridge . I guess it will be gone soon now 
I like the mooring points on the new builds in the foreground . Must be photoshop'd in as i remember getting kicked off there when i ran out of fuel .

It would be nice if there where mooring points on that side as the other side is always packed with fishermen ( not that i mind that ) We used to moor there before the houses where built but now there are signs saying no mooring . Did the developer buy the river side aswell or are the signs unofficial ?
