Don't know what to think. In business terms it seems a bit optimistic. There is probably the least pressure on existing resources now than there has ever been since I started boating. But I guess it would take years to raise the cash, plans etc. Handy stop off place though.
That means most of the time there will be less than 2m - don't think I'll bother
I guess it'll be a development aimed at and for the benefit of City MOBOs rather than ordinary rag & stick folk.
I saw this story in a local paper and thought it would be good to have another stop off point along the Thames but there have been rumours of a marina at Rainham marshes going on for a few years and nothing ever happens (probably never will) , for me personally one at Rainham would be ideal for it would mean the boat could be 10 mins from home .
