Where do you get teak dowel from?
It is easy to make teak dowel with a dowel cutter which goes in to your electric drill, not an expensive gadget, then just bore them from a bit of matching scrap, advantage is that you can cut them across the grain so that they match.
Edit, look for plug cutters which cost about £4 each, dowel cutters are much more elaborate (and expensive)
