Yes, ABP need to get out to the pole to adjust it by 129 degrees.

I migh investigate fixing as we process the data, to get a quicker solution.

Done.

Bramblemet direction is now correct.

I must remember to remove the offset when ABP shift the unit!

That's interesting. He must be scraping our data or otherwise accessing it indirectly - we don't publish to other services (don't ask why - it's convoluted).

Scrap that. I think we were mis-reading Windycator's direction arrows. He's showing the raw incorrect direction, 129 degrees 'backed'.

Trying to install Solentmet on an Android device, but Google Play says item not found.

Did a search for Solentmet on goggle and clicked on top result pointing to Google Play. Then tried the link from the bramblemet Web page and same error message.

Who can help, please?

I'm getting the same. I'll see if I can find out what's gone wrong. It probably just needs an update to keep its store entry visible.

May take a few days, as I'm no longer directly involved and will need to get developer account access back.

I ditched SolentMet and now have a link to Ian Millard's Windycator....
Windycator v2 - Live weather reports from coastal stations and offshore buoys
which should open with the Solent centered

Solent met working for me at 1700. today on android phone. If i remember correctly I just went onto their website and downloaded the mobile app, did not visit Google play

No, unfortunately it's no longer showing as available on the Google Play store. The link from the website ends up on the play store. I'm investigating.

Unfortunately at times the wind at the harbour entrance only has a passing resemblance to what’s it’s like once in the Solent proper

I'm using both. Windycator great for seeing fronts marching through, solentmet great for watching the seabreeze developing with its plot of strength & direction over time. Both have earned their place on my ipad/tablet
