New SeaRay 240DA sport boat poor quality !

Dear all expert,

I am new SeaRay 240DA owner from 28/8/00, I fond that boat many problems things such as 1)RPM meter background lost paint, 2)they gave me battery on/off switch insteal of Dual battery switch, 3)No dual battery cables, 4)No audible engine alarm, 5)No speedometer sensor.... etc

Any expert could give me advice or comments? It is because Hong Kong SeaRay dealer provide very slow service.

Dear Ken, I have a Regal 2460 model in Macau and I had bad experience with Mas Marine, Regal representative but after addressed to Regal my problems were solved or almost but with Regal help, once here they want sale but not assist us. Try to contact Sea Ray in the USA and if necessary contact the Secretary3@cosumer.org, and they advise you what have you to do usng the law to assit you. I whish you good luck J.Albogas
