New Rothesay Inner harbour

has anyone used the inner harbour pontoons? what is the procedure to get the footbridge lifted?
do you radio Harbour Master or Bute Berthing??

I would have thought HM would be too busy with Cal-Mac

I was there last week,they only open it when the ferry is not there as it is a foot bridge for the passengers, to get them to open it radio the harbour master.
