New racing rules

I’ve just bought a new copy of the racing rules, 2025 to 2028. Can anyone point me to a description of the changes please, I can’t seem to find one? I know they’re side lined but I’d like to read a description of the effect of the changes.

Racing Rules of Sailing has discussions on all aspects of the rules and are getting excited about the changes to 18 at the moment.
